Reservations are valid after payment of the deposit. The balance is to be paid on checking in (cash or credit card).

PAYMENT: a 30% deposit of the total amount must be paid on confirmation of the booking by bank transfer; the remaining amount must be paid on arrival.

CANCELLATION: the deposit will not be refunded. In case of changes or cancellations within 30 days before date of arrival, the deposit will be valid for a future stay within the current year according to the availability of the Residence.

In case of early departure, if notified up to 7 days in advance no penalty-charges will be applied, after this date the whole amount of the holiday will be charged .
