Residence Borgo da Mare
The residence Borgo da Mare is in the historical centre of Monteprandone, a medieval fortress situated
in Italy in Marche region on a hill overlooking the Adriatic Sea.
The residence was opened in 2008 following the restoration of
two houses of architectural beauty dating from the 1500s and share the only garden in the historical centre
of the town. Monteprandone is near the border between the Marche and Abruzzo regions and only 4 km from the seaside
resort of San Benedetto del Tronto.
Borgo da Mare has 11 holiday apartments and two double bedrooms, a fitness and relaxation area,
a pool room, a large garden with a hydro massager and a piano bar where guests can enjoy a generous
continental breakfast, served by the pool.
During the sensitive restoration of these medieval buildings great attention was given to detail, to exalt the architectural
beauty of the cross-vaulting, wooden beams, hand-made bricks and original frescoes.
Each apartment has air conditioning, a kitchenette (fitted kitchen area), two flat-screen digital televisions,
internet and Wi-Fi, a safety-security box and an elegant bathroom.
Besides the luxurious, furnished apartments, the residence offers many other services such as a fitness and relaxation
area with sauna, sun terrace, pool table, bar service, access to the outdoor swimming pool with umbrellas, sun chairs and sun beds,
a babysitting service, mountain bikes. The residence also organizes numerous recreational and sports activities, musical events
and parties by the pool.
Sun beds and umbrellas are provided on the beach at San Benedetto del Tronto; a sailing boat, canoe and bicycles are also available.
We believe that the many and varied facilities will make your holiday in Borgo da Mare an enjoyable and unique experience. The tranquillity
of the village, the warm and kind people, the tasty local cuisine, our pleasant and professional staff,
will also make you feel very relaxed and comfortable.
We are open all year round.
